Unable to move forward after entering credit card number. Nothing happens. Tried several cards. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Spoke to phone tech support, they said it was a known problem but couldn't tell me when it will be resolved. Wasted a lot of time. In the past the app worked fine. I'll be switching to a different app.

For some reason REQUESTS are limiting amount of money that can be transferred (for example, if someone requested 3600 (daily limit), you can't accept other requests until you decline the first one) . It's just ridiculous. Transfers are slow, it is not okay. Limitations on transfers are just unreasonable.

The app is asking me to verify my email address or I won't be able to keep on using it. Once verified, the app is locked. Phone representatives keep you on hold for an hour, asking for screenshots and details, saying they'll get back to you and they never do. When you call again they don't have the case documented and just asking for the details all over again. What a joke of costumers service for a multi billion company. (Bank Hapoalim)
